1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Liminal Visions website and all services provided by Liminal Visions.
By placing an order or commissioning work through our website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our Services
Liminal Visions provides bespoke creative services including, but not limited to:
- Visual transformations
- Motion graphics
- Live performance visuals
- Creative content production
- Performance capture
- Bespoke digital media
Every project is individually created to meet the client’s brief.
3. Orders
Orders may be placed through our website or by direct agreement.
Please ensure all information, files and instructions supplied are accurate before work begins.
Any changes requested after work has commenced may affect delivery times and pricing.
4. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided when an order is placed.
Whilst we always aim to meet these times, delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity or client revisions.
5. Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included where appropriate.
Major changes to the original brief or additional creative requests may require an additional quotation.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Liminal Visions retains ownership of its proprietary creative techniques, workflows and production methods.
- Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed licence or ownership rights for the commissioned deliverables.
- Liminal Visions may display completed work within its portfolio, website or social media unless confidentiality has been agreed in advance.
7. Payment
Payment is required in accordance with the terms shown at checkout or as agreed in writing.
Work may not commence until payment has been received where applicable.
8. Cancellation
Orders cancelled before work has begun may be eligible for a refund.
Once creative work has commenced, refunds are assessed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Whilst every effort is made to deliver high-quality creative work, Liminal Visions shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or business losses arising from the use of our services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
