Refund Policy

At Liminal Visions, we believe transparency is part of good creative practice. These policies explain how we work, how we protect your information, and what you can expect when commissioning our services.

At Liminal Visions we are committed to delivering premium creative work and excellent customer service.

Because many of our services are bespoke and created specifically for each client, refunds are handled as follows.

Before Work Begins

If you cancel your order before creative work has started, we will normally issue a full refund.

After Work Has Started

Once creative work has commenced, refunds are generally not available because time and creative resources have already been invested in your project.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, purchases are normally non-refundable once the files have been delivered or made available for download.

If There Is A Problem

If your order contains an error, technical issue or does not reasonably match the agreed brief, please contact us.

We will always work with you to resolve the issue wherever possible through revisions, corrections or replacement deliverables.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests outside the situations above will be considered individually and fairly.
